The main feature of the Planner will be the Projects system. Teachers will be able to create projects that define the tasks that must be carried out by students. They'll be able to assign students to projects and determine exactly what kind of deliverable they want for each task.
Students can be assigned as many projects as are needed for their studies; these can be one-off unique projects created for them by their learning mentors, or whole GCSE coursework units. Each task can be assessed, with feedback telling students exactly what they need to do to improve their work.
